After graduating from the university, Harald earned a master's degree in civil engineering as a contractor, including a master's degree in quality assurance and evaluation from the University of Latvia's Faculty of Economics and Management.
Since 2004, Harald is a member of the Latvian Association of Civil Engineers.
Among the objects of Harald's construction, project management, tendering, construction supervision and inspection are repair and reconstruction of the premises of the State Assay and Supervision Inspection Laboratory, private houses in Riga, Adazi, Valmiera, Garkalne pagasts, Jelgava, the Academy Ice Hall, pharmacy and office buildings recreation center in Jurmala.
